Friday 23rd Aug Got together for dinner a few drinks and most importantly a tactical update. We decided that this was a good thing to register James for a 22K run for his 30th. Share

Keep it in the family!

Friday 19th Jul

It's a family affair! To honour the first year of our first grandson, Charlie, the family are ‘competing’ in this year’s Lake Macquarie Running Festival. (Lauren, the family member best equipped for this task won't be here!) Myself, Alicia (That will be a laugh!), James+Jaimi, Frances+Jack and last but not least Alex Bobbi will all be running. Charlie will complete in his push chair being pushed by his mom with plenty of help!
