Shore 1967 Reunion - Gaza Fundraiser
In conjunction with the upcoming Shore 1967 Reunion we are raising funds to support the civilian people of Gaza in the Palestinian Territories.
Your donation will be doubled $1-$1 by year group member Michael Joseph.
All funds will be donated to MSF: Doctors Without Borders, the renowned independent medical aid organisation. MSF is neutral, highly experienced providing effective emergency medical services across the world and is over 98% funded by community donations like ours, not governments.
MSF's medical humanitarian aid services in Gaza currently involve 1073 staff operating in 2 hospitals, 2 field hospitals, six basic healthcare centre and 2 clinics. Their teams offer surgical support, wound care, physiotherapy, maternity and paediatric care, primary health care, vaccinations and mental health services and more.
Since October 2023, MSF's care in Gaza has included more than 866,000 outpatient consultations, 193,000 emergency presentations. 18,000 surgical interventions, 50,000 antenatal consultations and much more.
