Help me raise $3,000 for Doctors Without Borders

Anyone else watching all the conflict and killing all over the world and thinking "but what can I do?" ... I've set up a Christmas fundraiser and would really appreciate and encourage your contributing anything you can, it all helps.

Why Now?

The last year or two feel like a heightening of suffering in the world. First the ongoing famine and war in Yemen, then Ukraine, then Sudan, then Armenians fleeing from their homes, then the attacks on Israel, then Gaza and now Lebanon too ... which of course isn't exhaustive of the people suffering and needing our help.

Why Doctors Without Borders?

I've chosen MSF (Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders) as their work covers many regions, they have a reputation as efficient frontline deliverers of aid, and they offer "medical humanitarian assistance to people based solely on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender, or political affiliation."

Aim:

To raise $3,000 together, which helps MSF fund medical facilities, equipment, supplies and frontline practitioners.
